I don't usually do many reviews but I will when I think I've had exemplary service that I'd like to share to help others in their choices. It starts with Aquarius Home Services that sent their technician Ryan to my home to do some needed maintenance work on my Kinetico water filtration system. Communication was terrific in letting me know exactly when he'd be at my house and checking to make sure the time he'd be here worked for me. Ryan arrived on time and after introducing himself he put on protective covers on his shoes and went to work in my basement and finishing faster then I thought it would take. He found a few things I knew about but he found on his own and took care of it under warranty after discussing it with me. Ryan was polite, professional, knowledgeable and friendly towards me. I can only check 5 stars but would give him more if available.
Jeremy was an awesome help with the project we had. Did a professional job, and give pointers to me along the way. Answered any question that I had without hesitation.
Very knowledgeable and shared step by step what he was doing.
Paul was excellent. He met all our expectations in fixing our issues and explaining the process he followed.
